Digital AC Servo Drive - A4 Series
Panasonic Electric Works introduced its newest digital AC servo drive systems, the A4 series. The A4 series, digital AC servo drives have a slim profile/power ratio, carry global certification such as UL and CE, and cover a power range from 50W to 5.0kW. Along with a velocity response (bandwidth) of 1kHz, the drives offer a high-functionality Real-Time Auto-Gain Tuning, to react to even variations of load inertia. The Real-Time Auto-Gain Tuning gives the user the ability to select the stiffness of the machines from low to high with a combination of an adaptive filter, 2-channel notch filters, damping control and supports vertical axis applications. Setup can be performed by keypad or with the intuitive setup software, PANATERM. With "Position", "Velocity' and "Torque" command control modes, the A4 series are truly multi-functional. In "Position" control mode, the drives will sccept up to 2Mpps of pulse input and can be used with the Panasonic PLCs for outstanding performances. The A4 series motors have metric mounting flanges and shafts dimensions, and are capable to produce speed up to 5,000 rpm. IP65 rating is stnadard on all the motors and any motor can be ordered with an optional oil seal and holding brake. The use of serial encoders reduces the numbers of wire from 11 to 5 for the standard incremental encoder (2,500 pulse/rev) and from 14 to 7 for the optional 17-bit absolute encoder. The combination of the newly redesigned A4 series motors and the A4 series digital AC servo drives produces a simple, easy to use motion control systems for a large variety of motion control applications, such as packaing and assembly machinery, conveyor belts, CNC machines and any other applications, which require accurate positioning along with high speed and torque.

Washing, Dyeing and Stone Wash Accessories
AUTOMATIC DOSING SYSTEM FOR CHEMICAL LIQUID PRODUCTS
This automatic dosing system is very important for fabric washing and dyeing treatments. It allows the quality of products used in washing and dyeing cycles to be measured accurately, and guarantees consistent quality regarding the final results of the treatment.
The system consist of:
- Collector in molpen with 316 type stainless steel shutters activated by pneumatic cylinders for selecting the different products required.
- Electromagnetic flowmeter for controlling the delivery of the product to the machine withan error of 0,25%
- Peristaltic motor pump with a capacity of 20 l/min., complete with gearmotor.
- Pneumatic valve for rinsing pipes.
- Pneumatic valve for washing discharge pipes.
- Pneumatic valve for selecting the machine to which the product dosage is directed.
The system is totally controlled by a PLC and can be used for a maximum of 15 products and conneted to a maximum of 10 machines
Washing and Dyeing
Machines suitable for all types of washing processes, such us stone washing, bleaching and other washing treatments on garments of different materials (cotton, linen, viscose, tensel treatment etc). Particularly indicated for the treatment of jeans, they are supplied with baskets provided with special beaters, speeding up the process and guaranteeing at the same time uniformity in the treatment and
softness to the denim fabric.
They have variable speed and are equipped with an industrial B&R PC and a PLC Mod. PP 200.
The software, and in particular the “Wash program”, entirely worked out by Tonello’s engineers, allows to manage and to control all the functions of the machine as well as the process operations.
It is possible to store up to 500 recipes (with 200 steps/each).
The washer extractors G1 WM are mainly indicated for sampling in washing processes.
Direct steam heating (and/or electric), No.2 water inlets, No.1 drain valve, No.1 liter counter, variable speed 4-450 RPM with inverter, cylinder and all other parts in contact with the bath are built instainless steel. The machines are equipped with a B&R processor and a LCD TFT touch screen and all functions can be automatically controlled and there are no limits in the number of programs to be stored.
The 1300 mm diameter of the basket let have an high correspondence between the sampling and the production granting an optimal “mechanical action” on the garment surfaces.The basic machine has a fixed rotation speed and the electric system allows the semiautomatic control of the washing processes.
Upon request the machine can be equipped with an industrial PC, for the automatic control of the processes, as well as with variable rotation speed.
